Performing Arts Houston has the perfect event coming up for a mom’s night out. But it’s even more exciting when we can do something a little different, a little special, something just for us. Usually these times with my friends are pretty simple- meeting up for a walk, a playdate with the kids, maybe dinner out. Suddenly the frustrations of the day are put into perspective because we can all relate to dealing with a whiny kid (or husband!) or getting through a sleepless night. It’s an important part of self care! Relaxing, laughing and connecting with my girls is mandatory for my sanity at times. Rain or shine, tired or busy, I still need time with them.
